Give our kids abundant nutrients with balanced diet contained six groups of food. We use fresh seasonal vegetable in all the meals for kids, which just like the most carefully prepared food they eat at home.
Using various seasonal vegetables and fruits in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, we have come up with different cooking classes to help guide kids to learn about these seasonal vegetables and fruits. Through our not-overly-complicated hands-on cooking, children can develop a deeper understanding of the daily foods we eat.
By connecting foods with festivals, children can discover the history of these significant festivals, such as the handmade rice dumplings on Chinese winter solstice day, icing cookies on Christmas day and Taiwanese burrito for Tomb Sweeping Day.
