Give our kids abundant nutrients with balanced diet  contained six groups of food. We use fresh seasonal vegetable in all the meals for kids, which just like the most carefully prepared food they eat at home.

Pan-fried chicken thigh with seasonal vegetables and rice

We marinate the boneless chicken thigh for one night and roast in lower temperature, which locks fascinating flavor in the chicken. Then we fry the surface of the chicken until golden brown. It will be served with the high-quality white rice and freshly baked vegetables. Nutritional balance is the guarantee.

Penne Bolognese with seasonal vegetables

We slowly cook the vegetable as the base of the sauce, and stir fry ground pork, organic Italian tomato paste and fresh tomato within the sauce. After four-hour cooking, we let it stand for one night to make the sauce more concentrated and tastier. It will be served with penne that can be fully coated with the sauce and easy for children to eat. It is a favorite meal for both adults and children.

Grilled rice balls in two colors with seasonal vegetables

two flavors of rice balls, mushrooms with chicken and purple rice with sweet potato. We use al dente rice from Hualien or Taitung cooked with chicken and various kinds of mushroom for our mushroom chicken rice balls. For the other kind, we use black Hualien/Taitung rice to go with soft, sweet red potatoes and, kids’ favorite, dried pork floss. They are grilled to a crisp before being served. They are guaranteed to come back for more.

In the very refreshing soup made of sea tangle and bonito, there are smooth and chewy ramen to go with organic half-boiled egg from Chuanyo Egg Farm, Taiwanese Pork slices and freshly-grilled vegetables.

Program occasionally provide

Using various seasonal vegetables and fruits in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter, we have come up with different cooking classes to help guide kids to learn about these seasonal vegetables and fruits. Through our not-overly-complicated hands-on cooking, children can develop a deeper understanding of the daily foods we eat.

By connecting foods with festivals, children can discover the history of these significant festivals, such as the handmade rice dumplings on Chinese winter solstice day, icing cookies on Christmas day and Taiwanese burrito for Tomb Sweeping Day.
